Terrible customer service with endless phone wait times

This service is an absolute mockery. Attempting to contact their AM support means enduring a minimum 45-minute phone queue. The real frustration comes when you're abruptly disconnected just as you're next in line, forcing you to restart the entire exhausting process. As of this morning, I've already wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting on hold.
