Terrible doctor care leads to dangerous misdiagnosis

First time moms, proceed with caution! My infant suffered from severe digestive issues for 4 months, leaving me completely bewildered. I scheduled a GP appointment to have him examined, which was promptly arranged. I understood we needed stool samples to investigate potential bacterial problems. The doctor provided minimal guidance. I inquired about potential lactose intolerance, infection, or formula changes. The physician's unhelpful response was simply "maybe try a specialized formula, I'm uncertain what else to recommend"... Additionally, medical procedures were performed without proper hand washing or glove use, exposing my baby to potential contamination. The surgery's hygiene standards were appallingly inadequate. When I requested specific tests and stool analysis, I was discouragingly dismissed. Undeterred, I independently arranged additional stool testing, paying out-of-pocket. The results revealed a serious digestive infection (staphylococcus aureus and two additional pathogens). Had I accepted their initial dismissive advice, my baby could have developed significant health complications. These doctors are entirely incompetent and demonstrate a complete lack of medical understanding. I urge parents to critically evaluate all information received and conduct personal research. I shudder thinking about the potential consequences had I blindly followed their negligent recommendations.
