This GP office represents the absolute lowest standard of medical care I've encountered, even when comparing across international experiences. They mechanically schedule appointments and prescribe medications without physically examining patients. Given my complex medical history of multiple allergies and a heart stent, I endure excruciating pain that frequently prevents sleep and sometimes leaves me incapacitated on the floor, requiring emergency hospital treatment. Shockingly, my assigned physician at this facility insists my heart shows no complications. Repeatedly, they've prescribed medications that have caused me more harm than benefit. Their service quality is nonexistent. Booking an appointment becomes a full-day ordeal, with phone lines that demand waiting hours, continuously reassuring callers they're "first in the queue" while providing no actual assistance. It's a complete disgrace!
