Terrible doctor lacks basic communication and listening skills

I've avoided visiting this medical practice for two years, only coming when absolutely essential, due to extremely poor communication from Dr. Doctor Dabar. He consistently fails to genuinely listen to patients, instead making assumptions without seeking understanding. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue, he seems to pre-judge patients' concerns and neglects to review prior medical records related to ongoing issues. During consultations, he talks excessively and interrupts patients, becoming agitated if asked to slow down and allow explanation of symptoms. When I attempted to clarify my concerns, he abruptly terminated the phone call. Upon redialing, I was met with an equally discourteous receptionist, further highlighting the substandard service. While I recognize that some competent physicians work at this practice, patients are routinely assigned the least effective general practitioners. The fundamental doctor-patient relationship has completely deteriorated. Although I understand healthcare professionals face significant pressures, such dismissive treatment only exacerbates existing challenges. Restoring professional standards and rebuilding patient trust could substantially improve the overall quality of care and patient experience.
