Terrible doctor with poor hygiene and attitude

I've been a patient at this medical practice for nearly a decade. After my appointment yesterday, I'm actively seeking a new GP surgery. Dr. Palmer examined me and provided recommendations that directly contradicted the advice from A and E. He essentially told me to make my own medical decision and abruptly dismissed me, stating, "I don't have time for this, I have other patients..." He refused to redress my wound after I had it examined and shockingly, there was no soap available in his office for hand washing after the wound inspection. This is completely unacceptable! A medical practice without basic hygiene supplies should not be permitted to see patients until they resolve these fundamental issues. I'm left wondering how the doctor himself maintains hand hygiene - just with water? I will definitely be filing an official complaint with PALS about this unprofessional and potentially unhygienic treatment. The whole experience was absolutely shameful. Follow-up: I was compelled to return to A and E the next morning, where multiple professionals consulted on my wound. It's particularly telling that the practice's response only addresses the soap issue, completely avoiding the serious concerns about conflicting medical advice and the doctor's refusal to seek a second opinion.
