Terrible first impression at medical office

The front desk staff exhibited an appalling lack of professionalism, with the receptionist displaying a clear disinterest in patient care and more concern for her own appearance. Upon our arrival, we were curtly told to wear a mask in a loud, dismissive tone, with no immediate offer of available masks at the entrance. When I was simply ensuring my sister was properly equipped, I was aggressively interrogated about personal information before being given a chance to respond. The reception team's behavior is unacceptably hostile and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Management urgently needs to address the rudeness and unwelcoming demeanor of their front desk personnel.
