Terrible first impression ruins potential great medical experience

The front desk staff at this medical facility displayed an appalling level of unprofessionalism, condescension, and ineptitude. Loudly broadcasting sensitive health inquiries in a crowded waiting area is a serious breach of patient privacy and basic medical etiquette. It's truly disappointing because the medical practitioners themselves are excellent. However, when the initial point of contact is this poorly managed, it inevitably casts a negative shadow over the entire practice's reputation.
