Terrible gp practice with poor communication skills

The general practitioner only conducts phone "consultations" (if you can call them that). Scheduling an appointment is impossible. Half the time, the front desk staff is discourteous and unhelpful. I had a recurring prescription that, after switching referral pharmacies, failed to be processed. The pharmacy confirmed sending two emails to the GP, which went unanswered, and even provided evidence of transmission. It turned out the medical practice neglected to update the referral pharmacy details, despite successfully delivering the first prescription to the new location. They also expect patients to understand their internal medication request procedures. The entire experience was thoroughly disappointing. I've since found a new GP and feel significantly more secure. My recommendation is to seek alternative healthcare providers if at all possible.
