Terrible gp service leaves child without medical care

Two weeks ago, my two-year-old daughter contracted chicken pox, and I tried calling the GP, spending 30-1 hours on the phone over two consecutive days. They were unable to schedule an appointment, forcing me to manage her treatment independently without medical guidance. Today, I called again, waiting 30 minutes on the phone because my daughter has a severe cough and is neither eating nor drinking. They informed me they had no available slots for medical care or Levi application. I previously attempted to use this app, which provided a prescription, but when I went to the pharmacy, they couldn't process it, claiming they needed to email the prescription. Upon calling back, they promised to arrange another appointment but then said they couldn't locate my daughter in their records. They assured me they would contact me, but never did. I cannot comprehend how the GP treats other patients if they cannot accommodate children. I am deeply saddened and disappointed, and I sincerely hope someone will consider my feedback and improve the service to ensure people can access high-quality healthcare.
