Absolutely Terrible, Non-Functional GP Service!!! I've been a patient for over two decades, but since covid, their service has deteriorated dramatically to an unacceptable level!! It's astounding they're still operating. They're potentially the ONLY GP practice Still Refusing face-to-face consultations! What exactly are they being paid for? Even phone appointments, which are difficult to secure, involve staff who are dismissive and unhelpful, constantly pushing patients towards purchasing over-the-counter medications. They consistently refuse to prescribe medication, regardless of the issue's severity, hiding behind spurious NHS cost-saving excuses. Dr Khan, whom I've unfortunately encountered multiple times, is arguably the most incompetent physician imaginable - perpetually disinterested and attributing everything to "viral infection". In one instance, he overlooked a critical medical sign that another service immediately recognized as serious, and had I not sought private treatment, the consequences could have been severe. Dr Shah is equally ineffective. During a prolonged, severe cough, his entire medical intervention was literally telling me to "stop coughing", providing no antibiotics or meaningful treatment. I'VE NOW TRANSFERRED TO A SIGNIFICANTLY MORE COMPASSIONATE GP... IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, URGENTLY CHANGE FROM THIS PRACTICE!!
