One of the most terrible general practices ever, I've been stuck on the phone since 8am for more than an hour, only to be told there are no available appointments and to try calling back the next morning For four consecutive days, I've endured the same frustrating response, and then they had the audacity to suggest that if my child needs medical attention, I should go wait in a walk-in clinic for four hours, despite the hospital's recommendation that he requires a GP to prescribe antibiotics At the very least, they should prioritize children, seniors, and vulnerable individuals What exactly are these receptionists being paid for? They seem to do nothing but gossip all day Previously, obtaining an appointment was simple and convenient, but now the situation has become completely unacceptable This medical practice deserves to be shut down entirely….. Absolutely pointless!!!!
