Terrible gp service with dangerous medical negligence

I rarely write reviews, but this GP practice is so terrible that I feel compelled to share my experience. Some doctors completely disregard patients' insights about their own health and seem eager to rush through consultations. During a seizure, the doctor sat far away and appeared indifferent. She claimed she would order tests and send medication to my pharmacy, but later I discovered nothing was done, forcing me to schedule another appointment the next day. The reception/admin staff have made repeated errors, including scheduling incorrect appointments or providing wrong locations like orchards. My elderly parents, who aren't tech-savvy like many seniors, find it impossible to book appointments by phone, which is unfair since most slots are now via e-consult. For the past 2-3 weeks, my eczema has severely flared with allergic reactions causing skin discoloration on my face, yet my consultation is booked three weeks away? I've requested simple administrative tasks like accessing blood test results or immunization records and received zero response. When I called the Orchards GP, the receptionist claimed no one could help me. This is deeply concerning, especially as I work in the NHS and know these are standard administrative duties. Whenever my facial eczema worsens or allergic reactions intensify, attempting to book another e-consult results in being told I already have an appointment. The fact that my skin is developing color and texture changes seems meaningless to them. My condition deteriorated to the point of requiring A&E treatment at Queens hospital! Previously, late appointments were available until 6:30, but now reception claims the latest slot is 5:10, with cleaning time starting at 6:00. This is absurd—their website still indicates a 6:30 closure. If they're not actually open, that information should be removed. As someone working in NHS hospitals and with numerous GPs, I can confidently say this is the worst service I've ever encountered. Absolutely disgraceful—NHS England must investigate and either implement significant changes or shut this practice down completely!
