Terrible gp service with frustrating phone experience

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Their phone line claims availability starting at 8:00am, but when I called precisely at that time, an automated message stated they were closed. I tried calling shortly after 8:00, only to encounter a busy signal. Subsequent attempts led to messages directing me to the NHS help line, and calls went straight to voicemail. After 21 frustrating attempts, I finally spoke with a representative who scheduled a return telephone appointment. However, we discovered she had incorrectly noted our contact number. When I called back later that day and waited on hold, another staff member acknowledged their error. Upon expressing my concerns about their service quality, the representative became defensive and accused me of being aggressive - I wish there was a recording of our conversation. One thing is certain: I am eager to find a new GP practice, as their current service is completely unacceptable and desperately needs significant improvement.
