Terrible gp service with rude and unhelpful staff

Utterly ineffective general practice. Since the introduction of their app, securing appointments has become impossible. The app itself is dysfunctional, with telephone consultations being the only available option, and even those require advance booking. When calling at 7:59 am, you're already 19th in the queue, and after 25 minutes of waiting, you're informed that no appointments remain. I'm left with an unfinished treatment, unsure where to seek further assistance or how to communicate the necessity of completing my medical care. Dr. Okobi is hands-down the most discourteous and unprofessional nurse imaginable. She appears disinterested when patients attempt to communicate. During my daughter's immunization, she neglected to wash her hands beforehand and administered the injection extremely painfully. In contrast, my previous GP demonstrated complete professionalism during vaccinations, thoroughly explaining procedures and maintaining proper hygiene. Updated review summer 2023: I've consistently failed to book an appointment for my child. Every call results in being told to try again tomorrow or schedule weeks in advance - which means an appointment in two weeks. I'm astounded they continue operating while providing zero actual assistance, despite citizens paying substantial taxes. Ultimately, I'm forced to go private, spending a minimum of £200 out of pocket. An establishment this fundamentally broken should simply be shut down.
