Terrible gp with no care for patient needs

This general practice is absolutely terrible. The doctors show zero empathy, completely ignore patients' concerns, and fail to provide proper diagnoses. They're so reluctant to physically examine patients, maintaining distant interactions - what kind of medical professionals behave like this? Their approach involves scheduling multiple unnecessary appointments for different symptoms, like making me return separately for flu and ear pain instead of addressing everything simultaneously. There's constant staff rotation, forcing patients to repeatedly explain their medical history to new doctors. Doctor K is consistently rude and impatient with patients. The reception staff are perpetually unresponsive, rarely answering phone calls and seeming more preoccupied with unrelated tasks than serving patients effectively. I seriously question Doctor K's medical credentials and commitment to patient care. The practice has dramatically deteriorated since Dr. Tahir's departure, and despite hopes for improvement, the quality of care continues to decline rapidly. I would never recommend this GP to anyone under any circumstances.
