Terrible gps with unhelpful staff and zero care

Undoubtedly the most incompetent GP practice I've ever encountered. Even when attempting to seek alternative care through private healthcare, they erect unnecessary obstacles. The reception staff epitomize the "computer says no" mentality. When an online GP recommended booking an emergency appointment, their response was to call back the next morning at 8am, with no guarantee of securing a slot - and if you miss out, tough luck. As other patients have noted, the doctors are completely useless (I requested a document confirming a condition was not pre-existing, but they refused, claiming they've never seen me about it - an argument that defies logic). The reception staff are arguably the most discourteous individuals I've ever interacted with. Practices like this tarnish the reputation of our otherwise excellent NHS. The best solution would be for this practice to be shut down, as they hinder rather than help the community. While no medical practice is perfect, this one is best avoided entirely. UPDATE: The Surgery's response seven months later only reinforces my original assessment - steer clear at all costs.
