Terrible health care with zero patient support

Truly, these are the most incompetent medical professionals I've ever encountered. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. They refuse to pre-book for non-urgent matters and direct patients to their website, but the online system is perpetually broken. Every attempt to use it results in error messages, and the available times keep shifting until the system shuts down completely. They've consistently failed to provide my necessary medication. Currently, they've arbitrarily terminated a long-standing repeat prescription with no explanation, sending only a brief text stating it's unauthorized. I submitted a custom prescription request through their old website, which they rejected, instead sending a link to book a review appointment - the earliest slot being two weeks away, leaving me without critical medication. While I understand GP appointments are challenging right now, I've never experienced such systematic dysfunction with previous healthcare providers. My strong recommendation is to steer clear of this practice if at all possible.
