Terrible health centre with unhelpful staff

My experience with Lower Broughton Health Centre has been incredibly frustrating. The appointment booking system is needlessly complicated—patients must submit an online form each morning, with staff seemingly deciding who is "deserving" of medical attention. This approach feels cold and impersonal, creating uncertainty about whether one's health concerns will even be considered. The situation is further compounded by the reception staff's unhelpful and discourteous attitude. Their lack of compassion transforms an already stressful healthcare experience into an even more challenging encounter. A basic level of empathy and professional courtesy could dramatically improve patient interactions, yet these fundamental qualities appear to be entirely absent. The combination of bureaucratic obstacles and unwelcoming personnel makes seeking medical care at this centre a genuinely unpleasant experience. One can only hope that management will recognize these significant shortcomings and implement meaningful improvements to their patient service approach.
