Terrible health service with zero patient care

I've experienced the absolute worst customer service from this medical practice imaginable. I called in the morning and endured a 45-minute wait, only to be told a doctor would contact me around 12:30, but the call didn't actually come through until 4:09 - a significant deviation from the promised time. When I called back, the receptionist claimed I should wait until tomorrow because the doctor had supposedly attempted to reach me multiple times. However, my phone log showed just a single missed call, which the receptionist adamantly insisted was incorrect. Even more frustrating, throughout all these interactions, not a single staff member bothered to inquire about my medical condition or symptoms. During my confrontation with the receptionist about my urgent need for blood tests - due to experiencing 3-5 minute blackout episodes - she casually suggested I either call back tomorrow or wait for a Monday evening callback. Her response was completely inadequate. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this experience was. To anyone seeking medical care, I strongly advise avoiding Hollyns Health & Wellbeing. Based on today's interaction and nearly two years of previous negligence where they failed to diagnose a prior health issue, they seem to neglect as many patients as they assist.
