Terrible healthcare experience at this medical practice

The personnel here display a terrible attitude, primarily engaging with each other instead of attending to customers. Getting an actual in-person doctor's appointment appears completely futile, with patients being restricted to phone consultations with Dr. Sharif, who comes across as dismissive and rushes through interactions in mere minutes. The waiting period for scheduling is absurdly long - two weeks just to potentially secure an appointment. This represents an utterly unacceptable standard of healthcare service. Is this truly the current state of our National Health Service? Without doubt, this is the most substandard general practice I've encountered.
