Terrible healthcare experience leaves patient frustrated

Completely frustrated by the subpar service, I've been left hanging for seven days waiting on a prescription. I've exhausted every possible avenue - consulting my general practitioner, making countless phone calls, and making repeated visits to the medical practice - yet I'm continuously met with the same dismissive response that the issue is being addressed. I'm now left with no choice but to file a formal complaint.
