Terrible healthcare experience leaves patient frustrated and unhelped

The service is utterly appalling right now. I've been unwell for seven days, exhausting every possible self-help option before concluding I urgently need medical consultation. Attempting to schedule an appointment through the app proved futile - only blood test slots were visible. This morning's phone call was a nightmare - ranked 29th in the queue and enduring a grueling hour on hold. Eventually connecting, I was promised a doctor's callback this afternoon. Hours of waiting followed... At 5:50pm, I pursued a follow-up, only to be informed the doctor was still making calls. It's now 7:48pm, and I'm still without any communication!!!!!
