Terrible healthcare experience with dangerous gp practice

Initially promising, the experience quickly deteriorated. The practice appeared welcoming with friendly staff, but since January 2025, I've repeatedly been disappointed and found myself in A&E seeking diagnosis. A 'routine' appointment was scheduled for an urgent matter, and during the consultation, I was informed of a three-week wait for blood tests, accompanied by a distressing interaction with the receptionist that remained unresolved. The following day, I ended up in A&E and was diagnosed with a health condition that has since required constant navigation through NHS challenges across multiple departments. Within the past week, I was again denied a response regarding a critical health aspect, resulting in another A&E visit. Today, an online appointment request via Patchs has gone unanswered. This pattern includes hospital referrals being delayed or mishandled, with staff claiming progress despite clear evidence to the contrary. I'm completely exhausted from battling this healthcare system, feeling that GP practices are systematically preparing for privatization with a callous disregard for patient welfare. My genuine concern for my health has escalated to a point where I believe this practice would readily obstruct healthcare access without hesitation. I'm uncertain about alternative GP options, but over the past five months, it has felt like a sinister strategy is unfolding, suggesting a systematic approach of marginalizing individuals over 50.
