Terrible healthcare experience with endless waiting and rudeness

The service quality is extremely disappointing, with significant challenges in scheduling an appointment. The phone wait times are excessive, and after enduring a 40-minute hold, I was informed that no appointments were accessible. When I finally secured an appointment and arrived, I was forced to wait an additional hour before seeing the physician. For a healthcare organization, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The front desk staff demonstrate a lack of professionalism and are consistently unhelpful and discourteous.
