Terrible healthcare experience with my sick infant son

Wow, I used to think the negative feedback was exaggerated until I experienced it firsthand!!!!!!! My little boy was dealing with a viral rash and fungal condition, and despite the doctor examining him, they failed to forward his medication to the pharmacy. I ended up waiting more than 4 hours and attempted repeatedly to have them send the prescription, but nothing worked. The phone support was absolutely terrible - I was stuck on hold for over an hour before the call disconnected completely… It's truly heartbreaking how poorly they handle patients, especially when it involves a vulnerable infant like my son… The initial registration process was incredibly slow and complicated before I could even schedule the appointment… truly disappointing!
