Terrible healthcare experience with uncooperative nurse

I am reaching out to convey my profound disappointment and distress about a troubling occurrence during our infant's planned annual vaccination appointment. Although we successfully checked in through the digital system at the designated time, a technical glitch prevented us from accessing the Nurse. Hanna Murray, the Practice Nurse, categorically declined to accommodate us, and we were left waiting for more than 60 minutes. This entire situation has deeply unsettled us and raised significant concerns about potential implications for our baby's medical well-being. We strongly believe that punctual and consistent healthcare evaluations are critical, and the system's breakdown has fundamentally undermined this essential component of our child's preventative care. We intend to pursue this matter further.
