Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful medical staff

Getting an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. You're forced to ring precisely at 8am, battling an impossible queue, and even when you finally connect, you must sit and wait for the doctor's callback. Then, when you attempt to verify the call, they claim you missed it - despite my phone sitting right beside me with zero missed call notifications. Even if I were on another call, the phone would signal an incoming line. Their customer service is incredibly unhelpful, and their attitude seems deliberately obstructive. It's clear they don't understand patients aren't calling for entertainment, but out of genuine medical need. This is truly the most inefficient and frustrating appointment system I've ever encountered.
