Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

My aunt has been unable to see a doctor for three years due to the dysfunctional booking system. When she calls at 8 am, she finds herself 30th in the queue, only to be told "no appointments available, try again tomorrow". Today, she visited the practice in person and somehow secured a phone consultation (despite NHS guidelines recommending face-to-face appointments when patients request them), but the receptionist was extremely discourteous and the doctor completely ignored her concerns. Dr Summers is exceptional and the nurse practitioners are fantastic, but the rest of the staff seem to treat patients with contempt and disrespect. The booking system is utterly nonsensical - I've tried calling from both my mobile and home phone, and bizarrely, the home phone got through first, indicating there's no logical queuing process, just pure randomness. It's absolutely hopeless; they desperately need new management, fresh staff, and a complete overhaul of their systems.
