Terrible healthcare experience with zero patient respect

Appalling customer experience. Their digital booking system is completely non-functional. I squandered three hours of my life just to undergo a single blood draw. This medical facility is an absolute embarrassment. The physicians consistently cut you off mid-sentence and refuse to allow patients to articulate their concerns. Avoid attempting to contact them by phone - I was stuck as "first in queue" for nearly an hour before someone finally picked up, only to be redirected back to their useless online platform.
