Terrible healthcare experience with zero patient support

After enduring a four-week wait for an appointment regarding an urgent, rapidly spreading condition, I finally attend only to receive two items, with one unavailable. When I inform them of this, they reissue the same items and suggest I travel to Christchurch to collect them, despite my explaining I have no means of transportation. They promise to explore alternatives, but a week has passed with no follow-up. If my health depended on this, I'd be in serious trouble. I'm seriously considering legal action and wish we could simply reclaim national insurance, as this feels like yet another instance of healthcare deliberately complicating my medical treatment.
