Terrible healthcare leaving disabled patient completely abandoned

I've been a patient at this practice for just over 2 years. Despite living with multiple, complex disabilities, I've never managed to see a GP. In this time, I've had two extremely difficult appointments with a practice nurse who consistently dismisses my concerns. My last appointment was 2 years ago regarding a serious gynecological issue requiring surgical intervention. A year later, I discovered the nurse had neglected to submit my referral. Given my medical challenges, the ongoing frustration, and mounting health anxieties, my mental health has significantly deteriorated. When I sought help, I was merely sent a digital questionnaire. After completing it, I received a text instructing me to collect antidepressants - effectively being diagnosed with anxiety and depression via a impersonal text message. Today, I called distressed by intensifying pain and worsening symptoms, only to be coldly told to retry at 8am tomorrow, with absolutely no compassion or understanding shown. It's painfully clear why mental health statistics and suicide rates continue to climb.
