Terrible healthcare practice killing patient trust

It would be safer to stand in the middle of a busy highway than attempt to get medical attention at this practice. In years past, my sole interaction with a doctor here was during a suicide attempt at work. They've now gone "fully digital," which seems like a tactic to avoid direct patient contact. I'm convinced the e-consult service is designed to make appointments nearly impossible. This practice is an absolute mockery of healthcare, and I'm not finding it amusing—I'm suffering. Everyone I've consulted has redirected me elsewhere, only to be sent back to this same uninterested practice. If anything, they're actively undermining the NHS. I sincerely hope all the doctors who left the country after Brexit are thriving elsewhere. Edit: The e-consult service, owned by the Hurley group, uses this platform to train AI without patient consent. It's now the only appointment booking method—essentially a data harvesting scheme forcing patients to jump through hoops just to see a doctor.
