Terrible healthcare practice that fails patients completely

UPDATE TO THE BELOW REVIEW! Now, according to this disorganized system, online bookings are non-existent. Here is the message from my online account: "You have already requested this service but it is currently unavailable at your practice. If the service is made available, you will automatically gain access to it." This practice has rendered it practically impossible to secure an appointment with a doctor or even obtain a telephone consultation. The senior partners responsible for this debacle should be held accountable! Original Post: Does this incompetent practice genuinely want patients to book appointments? Online booking: Complete mockery! Telephone: Random chance of reaching someone. After 30 minutes, automatically disconnected. Forbidden from visiting the surgery to make appointments, must use online or phone (which are useless). Regular check-ups for chronic conditions have disappeared. Why no email communication? Redundant letters sent repeatedly. Where are the practice partners? I haven't seen 'my designated GP' in over two years. Have they vanished? How this disaster was awarded a 'good' rating by the previous abysmal Quality Care Commission is laughable! As taxpayers, we are funding this charade. We are paying for absolutely no service.
