Terrible healthcare service fails patients again

Terrible customer service strikes again. Spent a quarter-hour waiting first in line, only to be informed no appointments are available for a month, and was mockingly dismissed when requesting earlier availability. Suggested to call daily on the off-chance of a cancellation. Heaven forbid this involves a critical health situation like diabetes. I've truly experienced consistently poor treatment here for an extended period and am essentially forced to consider changing healthcare providers to receive any reasonable assistance.
