Terrible healthcare service for chronic pain patient

Living with a spinal condition, I sought another pain medication prescription. Instead of immediate assistance, I was offered a phone consultation two weeks from now, simply because my medication isn't on automatic refill due to a potential tablet adjustment. It's completely ridiculous. Their suggestion was to contact 111, which I find utterly useless. The service is so poor that I'd give zero stars if possible, but was forced to select one to submit my review.
