Terrible healthcare service for my disabled child

I've been struggling to secure a medical consultation for my disabled child throughout the entire week. The NHS online service directed me to call and request an emergency appointment or seek a referral to an alternate GP to obtain essential medication. However, when I attempted to contact the practice, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Before I could even explain my situation, they abruptly terminated the call, showing complete disregard for my child's urgent medical needs.
