Terrible healthcare service harming my child's health

The primary issue stems from my daughter experiencing an astounding 24 bouts of tonsillitis within a single year. The administrative staff was supposed to forward hospital documentation about the referrals our general practitioner had submitted. After multiple attempts to follow up, we were ultimately informed that parental consent was required to transfer medical information. However, no one actually reached out to us. Consequently, other children were prioritized for procedures, while my daughter continues to be repeatedly prescribed antibiotics that have become ineffective due to the excessive number she has taken over the past twelve months. The ongoing pandemic cannot justify such careless handling of a child's medical condition and the resulting educational disruption.
