Terrible healthcare service leaves patient frustrated and helpless

I'm penning this review for an acquaintance, and I'm utterly appalled. She desperately sought medical attention today, having been sick for a fortnight. Their response? Absolutely not. When she requested a doctor's callback, they again refused. She even attempted an e-consult, only to be told to try again the next day. This has happened three times, with each interaction ending in the same dismissive manner. How on earth is she supposed to recover if she can't even secure a consultation or communication with a healthcare professional? The way they've handled her situation is completely unacceptable and shamefully unprofessional.
