Terrible healthcare service leaves patient in agony

The general practitioners are completely unresponsive when I'm experiencing such intense pain that walking is a challenge. My last consultation was a fortnight ago, and they prescribed medication that proved ineffective. I attempted to contact them recently but was met with an automated system directing me to call back. Today, I finally reached a receptionist named Kay, who adopted a dismissive and sarcastic attitude when I voiced my frustration. Her response of 'I don't work in a bar' to my comment about being able to purchase a drink but not see a doctor was utterly unprofessional. The entire situation is appalling. I hope these healthcare professionals are proud of the abysmal service they're providing.
