Terrible healthcare service leaves patient stranded and frustrated

Completely unacceptable situation where my colleague endured a two-week wait for an appointment. Upon arrival, already feeling ill and extremely exhausted, she discovered the facility was entirely shut down at 4 PM. Apparently, staff training was underway, but no prior communication was made to patients. The appointment remained visible on the NHS app, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Such disrespectful treatment of patients is utterly unprofessional. Providing such substandard service in the 21st century is absolutely ridiculous. One can only hope they might actually learn something from this so-called "training" session.
