Terrible healthcare service leaving patients in distress

Deeply disappointed with the care provided. I've been sick for seven days and failed to secure a phone consultation. Forced to turn to 111 for an in-person appointment instead. It's frustrating that a simple prescription could potentially be handled via telephone. As an NHS employee myself, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The quality of care is shockingly poor.
