Terrible healthcare service leaving patients without care

I've reached a breaking point and must share my frustration with this medical practice's complete lack of accessibility. The situation has become so dire that securing an appointment for myself or my children seems utterly impossible, especially during critical health moments. The most recent and compelling example is my son's prolonged urinary tract infection, which has persisted for weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact the surgery, I've been unable to even enter the callback queue, let alone schedule a consultation. While I understand the immense pressures healthcare providers face, it appears this particular surgery is uniquely overwhelmed and incapable of managing patient needs. I recognize that some patients may have had positive experiences, but our encounters have been nothing short of abysmal and deeply concerning.
