Terrible healthcare service leaving patients without medical help

I'm constantly frustrated by the impossibility of reaching reception. There's no point even attempting to queue. My mother, diagnosed with dementia in 2020, hasn't consulted a physician since then. While everywhere else has resumed normal operations post-pandemic, why are doctors still so inaccessible? Yesterday, the receptionist instructed me to call in the morning to schedule a phone consultation for my mum. GREAT advice, if only one could actually get through... It's absolutely disgraceful.
