Terrible healthcare service left me suffering alone

I recently battled a chest infection and persistent cough that disrupted my sleep for nearly a week. Hoping for relief, I contacted Prestatyn Iach to schedule an appointment. The receptionist noted my details and symptoms, assuring me a triage professional would call back. Disappointingly, no call came. By sheer coincidence, I discovered a voicemail suggesting I visit a local pharmacy for assistance. At Boots, the pharmacist's only advice was to inhale steam over a boiling pan with a towel draped over my head. I'm convinced a medical professional could have prescribed appropriate medication, likely antibiotics. As someone who rarely seeks medical help, I am completely frustrated by the substandard care and lack of support. Prestatyn Cack has truly let me down. Ian Parry.
