Terrible healthcare service that fails elderly patients

An utterly disastrous medical experience. Attempting to secure appointments for my aging family members has been nothing short of a complete farce. Consistently blocked from scheduling, experiencing hung-up calls from reception, suffering unexpected appointment cancellations, and encountering staff with terrible attitudes and zero empathy. The process of obtaining appointments has dragged on for months, with zero meaningful care or communication provided to my elderly relatives. When I've tried to voice my serious concerns about this abysmal service, I've been dismissed and told to simply submit a written complaint, with no option for direct dialogue or digital communication channels. Staff members robotically regurgitate standard responses without genuinely listening or addressing the issues. The complete absence of human compassion is glaringly obvious across both clinical and administrative staff. This service is not just subpar—it's profoundly frustrating and completely unacceptable.
