Terrible healthcare service that fails patient expectations

Scheduling an appointment took over four weeks, and the medical staff displayed a total lack of empathy, seeming disinterested in patient care. They were clearly eager to minimize interaction time, hurriedly dismissing me both on the phone and during the in-person consultation. When I inquired about a blood test for a separate health issue, I was curtly informed that my previous test from twelve months ago was sufficient, despite the potential need for updated diagnostics.
