Terrible healthcare service that fails patients completely

Terrible 'customer support' after submitting an online health consultation for myself and my kid. They send a message telling me to call them. I've spent two days attempting to connect, but the line is perpetually engaged! Why can't they reach out to me instead? Effectively blocking our healthcare access by refusing to initiate contact and keeping their phone line unavailable! Previously, when I completed an online form for medication, they texted saying they'd reduce my prescription because I need a health assessment. If that's the case, why don't they contact me to schedule an appointment? I'd love to file a formal complaint, but I can't even get through to do so!
