Terrible healthcare service that fails vulnerable patients

I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for days, and they've consistently refused without even inquiring about my partner's medical background. If they had bothered to listen, they would understand her critical health condition - she lacks a spleen, meaning even a minor infection could rapidly escalate into a serious medical emergency. When I raised my concerns, their dismissive response was that their manager would potentially contact us after a two-week holiday. The level of indifference is so profound that I'd almost prefer having no general practitioner at all. At least without a GP, I wouldn't have to endure this infuriating bureaucratic runaround, where getting basic medical attention seems impossible.
