The level of service is utterly unacceptable. The only way to schedule an appointment is through a same-day phone call - assuming you can even get through. There's absolutely no option for booking ahead, even if you physically visit the clinic to request one. I was also told, directly in person, that when I couldn't recall the exact name of a repeat prescription, I should go to a local pharmacy to verify it, despite the staff member having the information readily displayed on their computer screen. The customer service is shockingly poor. Thankfully, changing medical practices is possible, and I've done precisely that - after four decades of being a patient at Crown Street Surgery.
