Terrible healthcare service wasting my precious time

Once more, I found myself first in line, waiting on hold for nearly half an hour at 4 in the afternoon—not some ungodly early hour—only to receive a text saying my doctor wants to discuss something. Now I'm looking at a three-week delay before even getting a phone call. What an absolute mockery of healthcare service.
